WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON MY PRODUCT?
Please be aware that the warranty starts from the date of purchase so please keep a copy of the original proof of purchase. We operate on a limited lifetime warranty basis, which means you’ll never have to pay the full price for your product again; if the product becomes faulty in the 1st year we exchange it for free (you need to cover the cost to ship the faulty product over to us), if the product becomes faulty after the 1st year an admin and shipping cost will be charged. In order to claim on your warranty you MUST email our customer service at email@example.com with the copy of the receipt and they will assist with the exchange.
